This parable was the Lord’s last parable before He was slain for our sins.

The LORD is my light and my salvation; whom shall I fear? the LORD is the strength of my life; of whom shall I be afraid? (Psalms 27:1)
Oh what powerful and beautiful words does the Psalmist David speak to us here! Can you utter these words today regarding yourself? Do you know the Lord? Is the Lord your light and your salvation? Who is this Lord that is described as a LIGHT here in this Psalm? Is this speaking about Jesus Christ? Oh yes it is, in fact Jesus referred to Himself as the LIGHT of the world!

The New Testament writers often quoted from the Old Testament (Covenant) scriptures to show that Jesus was indeed the very Christ (Messiah) . Jesus Himself stressed the importance of knowing the Word of God, when He spoke to His own disciples (followers). Here is an actual quote from Jesus Christ after He was killed and had already risen from the dead:
Then he (Jesus) said unto them, O fools, and slow of heart to believe all that the prophets have spoken: Ought not Christ to have suffered these things, and to enter into his glory? And beginning at MOSES and ALL the PROPHETS, he expounded unto them in all the SCRIPTURES the things CONCERNING HIMSELF. (Luke 24:25-27)

This is a very simple and clear teaching on the topic of discerning a false prophecy. How can we know whether a Pastor, teacher or Book Author is prophesying the truth? The scriptures give us two very clear guidelines to help us recognize a FALSE prophecy! Do not be MISLED by the many FALSE prophecies that have come down the pike in these modern times. You know as well as I do that there have been many books written, and many proclamations that have been made from PULPITS across the globe. There have been many preachers, Pastors and book authors who have prophesied of certain events that would happen in 1988, 1994 and many years in between and after, but their ‘prophecies’ did not happen as they predicted. Jesus the Christ [Messiah] answers that question for us in the scriptures right here:
Jesus saith unto them, Did ye never read in the scriptures, The stone which the builders rejected, the same is become the head of the corner: this is the Lord’s doing, and it is marvellous in our eyes? Therefore say I unto you, The kingdom of God shall be taken from you, and given to a nation bringing forth the fruits thereof. (Matthew 21:42-43)
Jesus was quoting from the Old Testament (Covenant) book of Psalms, specifically Psalm 118:22! The Bible, both Old and New Testament flow so beautifully and perfectly together. The Jewish unbelievers REJECTED the Son of God, JESUS the CHRIST [MESSIAH] and therefore the Lord told them the Kingdom would be TAKEN from them, and given to another NATION! Who is that NATION? The apostle Peter gives us the ANSWER right here:
But ye are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, an holy nation, a peculiar people; that ye should shew forth the praises of him who hath called you out of darkness into his marvellous light: Which in time past were not a people, but are now the people of God: which had not obtained mercy, but now have obtained mercy. (1 Peter 2:9-10)
That NATION exists today and it is made up of both Jewish and Gentile BELIEVERS in Jesus the Christ [Messiah] It is IMPOSSIBLE to be called the CHOSEN of GOD, if a person REJECTS the very Son, whom God has sent! Do not ever forget that!

Satan seeks to STEAL the word of God out of the heart of people, lest they should be SAVED! This message gives several BIBLICAL examples of how the devil uses people (sometimes very religious people), to BLOCK the preaching of the word of God (the Gospel). This is something that the believer in Christ needs to be aware of as they attempt to preach the Gospel to others. The Devil HATES the Gospel because it leads people out of DARKNESS into the marvelous LIGHT of Jesus Christ! Break FREE from this SATANIC headlock today!
Now the parable is this: The seed is the word of God. Those by the way side are they that hear; then cometh the devil, and taketh away the word out of their hearts, lest they should believe and be saved. (Luke 8:11-12)

There is absolutely no meaning in the Passover feast without Jesus Christ. If a person does not understand their need for the BLOOD atonement for their own sins, it is nothing but a meaningless tradition. The scriptures declare the TRUTH, and the Passover pointed to the ULTIMATE sacrifice of Jesus, the LAMB OF GOD, who taketh away the SIN of the world!
Purge out therefore the old leaven, that ye may be a new lump, as ye are unleavened. For even Christ our passover is sacrificed for us: (1 Corinthians 5:7)
The next day John seeth Jesus coming unto him, and saith, Behold the Lamb of God, which taketh away the sin of the world. (John 1:29)

In the book of Acts [Acts 13:13-52], there is a powerful passage of scripture, where the Jewish apostle Paul and others, are given the opportunity to preach the word of God, in a Jewish synanagogue. Paul took advantage of that opportunity, and quickly rehearsed the history of God’s dealings with the people of Israel, for the sole purpose of showing them that Jesus Christ, was the Saviour whom God had sent.
For David, after he had served his own generation by the will of God, fell on sleep, and was laid unto his fathers, and saw corruption: But he, whom God raised again, saw no corruption. Be it known unto you therefore, men and brethren, that through this man is preached unto you the forgiveness of sins: (Acts 13:36-38)
Paul made it clear to the Jewish people and their rulers, that King David from Old Covenant times, died, and his body decayed, BUT it was not so with Jesus Christ. God raised up Jesus Christ from the dead, [with no decay or corruption]. Paul made it clear that Jesus was of the seed, [ a descendant] of David, and Jesus was the one whom the Old Covenant prophets spoke about. The only problem was that the Jewish rulers missed it when Jesus Christ came on the scene. Paul did not want his listeners to fall into that same trap, and miss the very ‘word of salvation’ which was meant for them!
Men and brethren, children of the stock of Abraham, and whosoever among you feareth God, to you is the word of this salvation sent. For they that dwell at Jerusalem, and their rulers, because they knew him not, nor yet the voices of the prophets which are read every sabbath day, they have fulfilled them in condemning him. (Acts 13:26-27)
The Jewish rulers of Paul’s time, and the Jewish rulers of our time still read the scriptures every Sabbath, and to this day, they still do not recognize the “voices of the prophets” which are read each week. The Jewish people and the rulers of that time, ended up FULFILLING the very scriptures, when they demanded that Jesus Christ be put to death. The message that I share here, is the same message that the apostle Paul spoke to the people all those years ago. Through Jesus Christ is preached the forgiveness of sins.Tune in to this message and be blessed.

And I heard a loud voice saying in heaven, Now is come salvation, and strength, and the kingdom of our God, and the power of his Christ: for the accuser of our brethren is cast down, which accused them before our God day and night. And they overcame him by the BLOOD OF THE LAMB, and by the word of their testimony; and they loved not their lives unto the death. (Revelation 12:10-11)
The Bible tells us that PEACE has been made “through the BLOOD of the cross” [Colossians 1:20] and that we have been redeemed with the “precious BLOOD of Christ.[1 Peter 1:19]” There is nothing more valuable than the BLOOD which was shed by Jesus Christ on the cross. Without that BLOOD, a person CANNOT be REDEEMED, and they cannot have PEACE with GOD. There is only ONE way to be JUSTIFIED in the sight of a Holy, and righteous GOD, and that is to be “JUSTIFIED BY HIS [JESUS] BLOOD” Tune in to this PODCAST and be blessed as we study the scriptures together.

This message is meant to encourage the believer in Jesus Christ, and a reminder that the Word of the Lord still stands TRUE today, and it shall come to pass. The Lord’s prophets were always mocked and persecuted BUT that did not stop the word of God from coming to pass. The Lord told Ezekiel this:
For I am the LORD: I will speak, and the word that I shall speak shall come to pass; it shall be no more prolonged: for in your days, O rebellious house, will I say the word, and will perform it, saith the Lord GOD. (Ezekiel 12:25)
In this message I speak mainly out of 2nd Peter Chapter 3, where Peter comes forth with a PROPHETIC WORD that has not been FULFILLED as of yet, BUT it will come to pass just as the Word of God has always come to pass. Peter warned us about scoffers (mockers) coming in the “last days” (that includes these days also), where people would mock the coming of the Lord: “Where is the promise of His coming?” would be their charge against the TRUE BELIEVERS in Jesus Christ. Be encouraged my fellow believing CHRISTIAN, because God’s Word Shall Come To Pass!

There is only one Gospel that can save a soul, and that Gospel call is for people everywhere in the entire world. There is not a separate Gospel, nor is there a separate COVENANT for the Jewish people. The Gospel is for ALL the NATIONS (GENTILES) in the world, and ALL the Jewish people in the world also. The ethnicity or RACE of a person does not matter at all. It is important to remember that a person can only have their SINS atoned for by the BLOOD of Jesus Christ. The Jewish people have been without a BLOOD ATONEMENT for nearly two thousand years! How do they have their SIN atoned for if there is no longer a Jewish Tabernacle or Temple? Entrance into the “Kingdom of God” is through the new birth. After a person has been truly “born again” of the Spirit, they soon realize that there is a SPIRITUAL BATTLE going on in the world for the souls of men and women. There are literally millions of people who would make the claim that they are Christians, but they have never been born again of the Spirit. I encourage you to tune in to this podcast as I go through many different scriptures, and cover much ground on this most important topic. Do not put it off, if at all possible!

Whenever people hear the words “Holy Land” their mind will automatically connect those words with the modern day State of Israel. Most people are very well aware that Israel is where the Lord Jesus Christ literally walked this earth almost 2000 years ago. In this message I make it very clear that there is absolutely NOTHING “Holy” about the present day State of Israel, which would distinguish it from any other place on earth. The Holy Spirit is the one who makes a person “Holy” and people all over the world who have been “born again” of the Spirit are made “Holy” but the land itself is not “Holy” at all.
But ye are come unto mount Sion, and unto the city of the living God, the heavenly Jerusalem, and to an innumerable company of angels, To the general assembly and church of the firstborn, which are written in heaven, and to God the Judge of all, and to the spirits of just men made perfect, (Hebrews 12:22-23)

A very important message based on the scripture verse below:
Now the Spirit speaketh expressly, that in the latter times some shall depart from the faith, giving heed to seducing spirits, and doctrines of devils; (1 Timothy 4:1)
The Holy Spirit has warned us through the apostle Paul, that people would depart from the faith as a result of the false doctrines that come through very real demons. Do not take this warning lightly as many people do in these latter times. Tune in to this broadcast as I expound upon the scriptures.

Jesus Christ said this:
” . . . Go your way, and tell John what things ye have seen and heard; how that the blind see, the lame walk, the lepers are cleansed, the deaf hear, the dead are raised, to the poor the gospel is preached. And blessed is he, whosoever shall not be offended in me.” (Luke 7:22-23)
Billions of people throughout the centuries have been offended by the very name and person of Jesus Christ, and that still holds true even unto this present day. This is one of those point blank messages, where I make it very clear through the use of the scriptures, that Jesus Christ came at a certain prophesied point in time, and that there is not a different way of salvation outside of him. There is a lot of talk about the “end of the world” in these modern times, and sometimes the whole idea of the “end of the world” is nothing but a joke to the unsaved. This is a teaching on the Parable of the Wheat and the Tares that was given by Jesus Christ, the creator of all things. Jesus mentions the “end of the world” in this parable and he speaks about the tares (workers of iniquity) being cast into a “furnace of fire.” Jesus Christ never minced words when he taught about such solemn topics like this. This whole Christian walk is a walk of faith, and we can “see in the spirit” beyond the temporary things of this world. It is important that we keep our focus on the Lord Jesus Christ, and not allow the distractions of this life to unsettle us. We have a great hope in the Lord Jesus Christ, and this message is meant to encourage you all.
While we look not at the things which are seen, but at the things which are not seen: for the things which are seen are temporal; but the things which are not seen are eternal. (2 Corinthians 4:18)

There is only one way to Heaven and that is through Jesus Christ. There is only one way for a person to be justified before a holy and righteous God, and that is by the blood that Jesus Christ shed for us on the cross. A person cannot enter the kingdom of God, unless they come through Jesus Christ. That is the very center of the Gospel message. A person may be very religious, but they may also be very lost. Have YOU been reconciled back to God yet?
He that believeth on the Son hath everlasting life: and he that believeth not the Son shall not see life; but the wrath of God abideth on him. (John 3:36)

The apostle Paul said this a short time before he left this Earth:
“I have fought a good fight, I have finished my course, I have kept the faith.” (2 Timothy 4:7)
If you have been born again of the Spirit and are a true Bible believing Christian, then you too are in a “fight of faith.” This is a message of encouragement to stand strong in the Lord and to continue in the Word of God until the end. Friends, we must understand, that many people are straying from the scriptures, and departing from the faith, even as the Spirit prophesied would happen.
“Now the Spirit speaketh expressly, that in the latter times some shall depart from the faith, giving heed to seducing spirits, and doctrines of devils.” (1 Timothy 4:1) Once again the apostle Paul encourages us with the following words:“Fight the good fight of faith, lay hold on eternal life, whereunto thou art also called, and hast professed a good profession before many witnesses.” (1 Timothy 6:12) Tune in to the podcast and be blessed.

This is a message that is in sync with my previous message entitled “The Second Coming Of Jesus Christ.” In this message I prove through the use of the scriptures that the Lord’s second coming is also the DAY of judgment and the last day. As I shared in the previous message, we learn that the Lord will send His angels to gather the (believers) at His coming, and at that same time, He will judge all mankind.
The Lord told us that he would come in power, and glory, and with His angels, (Matthew 24:30-31, Mark 13:26-27) and He also said that when He came, He would reward every man, according to His works! (Matthew 16:27) It is very interesting to see that the book of Revelation talks about this same judgment according to works taking place at the end of the “1000 years” (Revelation 20:13) That judgment takes place when the Lord Jesus Christ comes to this earth for the second time. What will it be like when the Lord Jesus Christ comes the second time? Will there be a secret invisible rapture seven years prior to His coming again? This is PART EIGHTEEN and the CONCLUSION of this verse by verse study through the Gospel of John. I hope that this was an encouragement to you in the Lord. This last part also contains a brief review of some of the different points that we covered throughout the book. There are very dark days ahead of us, and each and every one of us needs to be grounded in the Word of God in this late hour in which we are living. There is a FALSE UNITY on the horizon, and many are being seduced during these last days. I encourage you to tell your friends and family about this 18 Part series, as the Gospel of John is a wonderful Gospel for both believers and those who are seeking the truth.

This is PART SEVENTEEN in a verse by verse study through the Gospel of John. This Gospel is a very exciting account, and it teaches us the deity of Jesus Christ very clearly. I have always loved this Gospel account and I am sure that you will love it too.

Is there anything more important than the value of your soul and where you are going to spend eternity? The Bible makes it clear that you will spend eternity in either Heaven or Hell. What are you depending upon to save your soul? Is it your own ‘good works’ and the ‘good life’ that you lead, or is it by faith in Jesus Christ? The Bible tells us that the ‘god of this world’ [the devil] blinds the minds of people ‘lest the light of the glorious gospel of Christ, who is the image of God, should shine unto them’ [2 Corinthians 4:4] There is only ONE plan of salvation for all of the people in the world, and it is through faith in Jesus Christ. I encourage you to listen to this message and to make copies for your friends and loved ones also.

In the book of Revelation, the apostle John was rebuked by an angel after John fell down to worship him. Here is the passage from the scriptures: And I fell at his feet to worship him. And he said unto me, See thou do it not: I am thy fellowservant, and of thy brethren that have the testimony of Jesus: worship God: for the testimony of Jesus is the spirit of prophecy. (Revelation 19:10) The whole prophetic word of God will point you to the person of Jesus Christ. The angel from Heaven did not want any of the praise that was due only to the Lord Himself, and he did the right thing in rebuking John. Every single person who has been “born again” of the Spirit, will have the testimony of Jesus Christ in their hearts, and upon their lips. The prophecies from the Old Testament are a great faith builder as they also point to the person of Jesus Christ. Tune in to this Podcast and be blessed by the Word of God. This is a short message [22 minutes long] that I shared Sunday at a Nursing-Rehab Center. I expound on the scriptures which are found in Luke 18:1-8, where the Lord Jesus Christ talks about the woman who pleaded with an unjust judge. Jesus contrasted the unjust judge with God Himself, who is waiting to reply to His own people and their requests. We serve a God who is willing to help us, and that is one of the main reasons that the Lord spoke this parable. The woman had faith, that even an unjust judge would answer her request, and he did. We must never give up or grow weary in our pleadings with the Lord, even when it looks totally hopeless in the natural realm.

My Bible does not contain Daniel 13 and 14 but the Catholic Bible has those two chapters. Why? The Catholic Bible contains extra books which my own Bible does not contain. Why? Many people are unaware that the Roman Catholic Church places their own man made tradition on an equal level with the scriptures in the Bible. The Roman Catholic Church declares this regarding the sacrifice of the Mass: “…In this divine sacrifice which is celebrated in the Mass, the same Christ who offered himself once in a bloody manner on the altar of the cross is contained and is offered in an unbloody manner.” [Item #1367 Catholic Catechism of 1994] In this teaching, former Roman Catholic Bill White compares the Roman Catholic Tradition with the Biblical teaching regarding the finished work of Jesus Christ upon the cross. There are literally millions of people throughout the world who are devoted to the worship of Mary. I was one of them until I came to know Jesus Christ as the only mediator that I need. In the gospel of Luke 16:19-31 we find the Lord Jesus Christ speaking on the subject of HELL. If you own a red letter Bible, you will see that all of the words are in RED, which means that Jesus spoke those words. The Lord wanted us to know that HELL is a very real place, and there are many who will end up there. Do not be fooled by those who tell you that HELL is not a place of everlasting punishment, when the scriptures make that abundantly clear. It is not a LOVING thing to hold back this vital truth from the people whom we love, and that is why I bring this message to you today. This is a most important parable as the Lord Jesus Christ is dealing with the people of Israel, and how they rejected the prophets through their history. The Lord Jesus Christ even prophesies of His own death in this parable. In the New Testament book of Acts, Stephen also rehearsed the history of Israel. He then confronted the Jewish leaders by saying this: “Ye stiffnecked and uncircumcised in heart and ears, ye do always resist the Holy Ghost: as your fathers did, so do ye. Which of the prophets have not your fathers persecuted? and they have slain them which shewed before of the coming of the Just One; of whom ye have been now the betrayers and murderers.” (Acts 7:51-52) What an incredible contrast is found in the modern day “church” as many “leaders” have made an absolute IDOL out of secular Israel [both land and people], and have watered down the message that was once delivered to the saints. The apostle Paul told us that the Spirit declared that in the latter days some shall “depart from the faith, giving heed to seducing spirits and doctrines of devils” [1 Timothy 4:1].
