The Jewish apostle Paul knew what it was like to be deceived and unsaved, and that is why he had such a burden for his fellow Jewish brethren. Paul knew that they were in an unsaved condition until they turned to Jesus Christ. The title for this short message comes from the actual words of Paul himself, written almost 2000 years ago:

Brethren, my heart’s desire and prayer to God for Israel is, that they might be saved. (Romans 10:1)

The prophet Isaiah declared that a virgin would bear a Son, and His name would be called Immanuel. That is what happened when Jesus Christ came into this world. Immanuel (or Emmanuel) means “God with us” and that prophecy was fulfilled when the Jewish virgin Mary gave birth to Jesus Christ. The apostle John used the word antichrist in four different verses in his messages to the church.
